We live and work around the same kinds of homes and communities we serve. That matters to us. Radon is not something a homeowner can see, smell, or identify by walking through a house, so the process should be explained plainly and handled with respect for the property, the people who live there, and the decisions they have to make.
Our goal is to make it easier for local homeowners, home buyers, sellers, landlords, and building owners to get the right information for the situation in front of them — whether that means starting with a radon test, understanding an elevated result, evaluating an existing mitigation system, or figuring out what needs to happen next.

The Quad Cities includes older river-city homes, newer subdivisions, finished basements, crawl spaces, walkout foundations, slab-on-grade homes, rental properties, and commercial buildings. Each property can have a different layout and foundation configuration. We organize the site around those real-world differences rather than treating every property as if it were the same.
